Here is what I did. First, to remove the "stickers" as shown in step 4, push a hole in the middle where part F will go. This will "break" the seal. Grab the sticker with a pair of needle nose pliers, preferably 90 degree ones.

Grab the nut and pliers and catch the nut part A I believe. Once you have it caught, tighten the nut by pulling down on part F and screwing the nut until the part is snug. You do this by hand. Once it is snug, you can hit it with a socket set.
